Using a Visa Debit Card is just like writing a check, only easier. When you use your Visa Debit Card, the funds are taken directly from your Savings or Checking Account. Your Visa Debit Card is accepted anywhere the Visa logo is displayed and it also doubles as an ATM card. Use your card at any AgFed-owned machine free of charge. To avoid surcharges, find the nearest surcharge-free ATM.

If your Visa debit card is lost or stolen, call (800) 872-2328 to enter it into our automated card blocking system. If you do not have the card number, please call (800) 754-4128 to report it missing and to have the card blocked.

Note: When using your Visa Debit Card, choosing the “credit” option at the merchant location will allow you to complete the transaction with your signature and you will avoid transaction fees. If you choose the “debit” option, you will need your personal identification number (PIN).

About your Personal Identification Number (PIN)

When your card is issued, you will receive a personal identification number (PIN). This PIN is your electronic signature and must be entered to begin a transaction. For your protection, do not allow others to see your PIN, and keep the card and PIN in separate places.
