First-Time Online Banking Users
If this is your first time using Online Banking, follow the enrollment instructions below:
- Click the "Login" button in the top right corner of our website and click "Enroll."
- Read the Member Agreement and check the box to accept the terms.
- Insert the last four digits of your SSN, your birth date and your account number.
- Create a user ID and password (make sure it falls within the criteria).
- Verify your identity through a multi-factor authentication process. Click here for instructions on this process.
- Choose three different security questions and provide answers.
- Experience Online Banking!
If you do not have access to a desktop, you can still enroll using your smartphone! Download our app and follow the same instructions to start using Mobile Banking!
