RATE INFORMATION: Fixed rate certificates - The rate will not change over the term of the certificate.
MATURITY DATE: Your certificate account will mature at the date and term specified at account opening followed by a 10 day grace period.
TRANSACTION LIMITATIONS: No additional deposits are allowed into regular or IRA certificates except during the grace period. However, additional deposits can be made into Asset Builder certificates.
NO PENALTY CERTIFICATE PRODUCT: When offered, one withdrawal may be made during the original term of the certificate with no penalty imposed. Subsequent early withdrawals may be subject to a penalty as outlined below. Penalties may reduce earnings on the account.
EARLY WITHDRAWAL PENALTIES:
- Certificate funds must remain on deposit for 30 days.
- Terms 11 months or less: lesser of 90 days dividends or all dividends earned since issuance/renewal.
- Terms greater than 11 months but less than 60 months: lesser of 180 days dividends or all dividends earned since issuance/renewal.
- Terms 60 months or greater: lesser of 365 days dividends or all dividends earned since issuance/renewal.
- Penalties are not applied after the death of an owner.
WITHDRAWAL OF DIVIDENDS PRIOR TO MATURITY: The APY assumes dividends remain in the account until maturity. Withdrawals reduce earnings.
RENEWAL POLICIES: Your certificate will automatically renew at maturity. AgFed will provide at least 14 days notice prior to maturity. A 10 day grace period applies after maturity. Limited offers renew at a comparable rate and term.

(2) To qualify for the rate discount, your application must be submitted between May 26, 2026, and July 10, 2026, and the loan must be disbursed by July 24, 2026. All Loans are subject to credit approval. If refinancing, loan must be transferred from another financial institution. (3) Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) is not intended to replace automobile insurance. It does not provide bodily injury, property damage, liability, or collision insurance and does not comply with any financial responsibility or other law mandating motor vehicle insurance. All new or used motor vehicles with a maximum loan of $100,000 are eligible. Benefit coverage limits up to $50,000 with a loan term up to 84 months. Maximum loan-to-value paid on a claim is 125%.
