Do I have to be a member to enroll in My Credit?
Yes, all AgFed members have to My Credit. You can enroll through Online or Mobile banking.
What credit score does My Credit provide?
The credit score is calculated based on the VantageScore® 3.0 model. Your VantageScore® 3.0 from TransUnion indicates your credit risk level and is not used by all lenders, some lenders may use a score that's different from your VantageScore® 3.0.
How often are the credit scores updated?
Your VantageScore® 3.0 score provided within My Credit is updated monthly.
Will using My Credit impact my credit score?
Enrolling in to My Credit and utilizing its tools will not negatively impact your score*
I don’t see My Credit in Online Banking or the Mobile App. What should I do?
You may have customized your dashboard. Select “Organize dashboard” and add My Credit from the available tools.
Does My Credit have any tools to protect my identity?
