(1) No credit check is required, however, the loan payment history will be reported. A non-refundable application fee of $25.00 is collected regardless of whether the application is approved or not. Member must meet all requirements to qualify. To qualify an applicant must be an AgFed member for a minimum of 12 months. Applicant must be a member in good standing, with no negative shares, no AgFed charge-offs, no delinquent AgFed accounts, no delinquencies on any AgFed loans for 12 months. Maximum loan amount is $1,200.00. Only one No Credit Check Loan (Pathway or Holiday Loan) may be issued per member and no more than two approved loans per calendar year. The 2nd approved loan, if a refinance of a Pathway Loan, will result in less than $1,200 cash disbursed.  This is a limited-time offer. (2) APR is Annual Percentage Rate. The published rate is effective 11.01.2025 and may change at any time without notice. Maximum loan amount is $1,200.00. The estimated monthly payment for a $1,200 Holiday Loan with a 12-month term at a rate of 13.89% APR is $107.67. 

(3) A non-refundable application fee of $25 to cover processing costs will be collected for every application regardless of whether or not credit is extended.
