Reloadable Cards

Please Note: We are discontinuing our Prepaid VISA® Debit Card programs.

We want to ensure that you have ample time to transition to a new solution.

Some important dates to keep in mind:

September 3, 2024 – You will no longer be able to purchase new cards, order replacement cards, or renew a card.
March 3, 2025 – You will no longer be able to reload your existing card.
April 30, 2025 – Last day to use the balance on your card. You will not be able to use the card after May 1, 2025.
If there is any remaining balance on the card, it will be promptly returned to you.
Additional communication will be mailed to you in July 2024.

To view your balance, you can log in to your account and click on the Self Service tab.
