Coming Soon: An Extra Layer of Security for Online and Mobile Banking


The security of your personal account information is our top priority. In the coming weeks, Online and Mobile Banking will receive a security enhancement, which uses a different form of multi-factor authentication. This enhancement will consist of an additional layer of security during the sign in process.

When you log into Online or Mobile Banking on or after the go-live date, your Personal Image will no longer be utilized. Instead, a more sophisticated security challenge process will authenticate your identity when logging in. Upon sign in, you will be prompted to complete a simple security setup for each Online Banking user. The system will ask for a confirmation code sent via text/SMS or automated phone call, to sign in. If a text or phone call is not an option at the time, you will have the option of getting verified by answering knowledge-based authentication questions. Your current username and password will not change with this enhancement. Please note that additional users on your account will need to ensure that they have set up their own Online or Mobile Banking login prior to the launch for the text/SMS or phone challenges to appear.
