Some important dates to keep in mind:
- September 3, 2024 – You will no longer be able to purchase new cards, order replacement cards, or renew a card.
- March 3, 2025 – You will no longer be able to reload your existing card.
- April 30, 2025 – Last day to use the balance on your card. You will not be able to use the card after May 1, 2025.
- If there is any remaining balance on the card, it will be promptly returned to you.
- Additional communication will be mailed to you in July 2024.
To view your balance, you can log in to your account and click on the Self Service tab.
